In term of the production process, we use the Gravure System for our machines which is a cutting edge printing technology. Our machines have an ability to perform at high speed, quality and also standardised printing of 1270 mm. per product’s size. Plus, our machines are controlled by skilled craftsmen.
PAPER
OPP FILM
The product of paper has 2 levels of thickness, 30 grams and 45 grams. Furthermore, the product is categorised into 5 groups according to coating materials.
ACM (normal melamine)
AML (matte melamine)
PAA (amino)
PPA (PU)
PPL (matte PU)
The product of OPP Film is broken down into 2 groups. Also, both of them have the same level of thickness of 20 microns.
OPA (transparent film)

EXAMPLES OF OUR PRODUCT
Our design printing has various patterns. For examples, designs that resemble nature (ie: teak, oak, mahogany, and marble) and designs of artificial patterns (ie: plants, florals, marine life, food and cartoon characters).
